👩🏻‍🍳BATCH COOKING - 4 tupers antiinflamatorios 😋 Volvemos a la rutina y a los buenos hábitos, organizando las comidas de la semana🥰 Y empezamos, con nuevas ideas de tupers, perfectos para llevar al trabajo, a la Universidad (como mi hija) o para incluir en tumenú semanal. 👉🏻Te cuento que he preparado: 1️⃣PATATAS PROBIÓTICAS RELLENAS DE CARNE👉🏻Cuece las patatas, después córtalas por la mitad y vacíalas. En una sartén dora la cebolla picada. Añade la carne picada y saltéala con las especias. Vierte la salsa de tomate (la mía es casera) y el interior de la patata y mezcla todo bien. Rellena las patatas con esta mezcla y cubre con queso rallado, lleva a gratinar al horno o freidora de aire. 2️⃣CUSCÚS DE BRÓCOLI CON SALMÓN👉🏻Pica el brócoli pequeñito y cocina 5 minutos en el microondas. Mezcla el brócoli con tomate a daditos, cebolla picada, aceitunas, pepino mini a rodajas, almendras laminadas, 2 cdas de queso cottage, Salmón Calvo al natural y perejil. Aliña con especias y aceite de oliva virgen extra. 3️⃣ESPAGUETIS DE CALABACÍN CON BOLOÑESA DE LENTEJAS👉🏻Haz los espaguetis de calabacín, yo los hago con un espiralizador. En una sartén, sofríe cebolla, pimiento y zanahoria, añade las lentejas cocidas y salsa de tomate (la mía es casera). Echa los espaguetis, mezcla, tapa y apaga el fuego, se cocinarán con el calor residual. 4️⃣CHAMPIÑONES RELLENOS DE ATÚN👉🏻Quita el rabito de los champiñones y pícalos. En una sartén, sofríe los rabitos picados con ajo, añade las espinacas y cocina hasta que reduzcan. Mezcla en un bol, las espinacas con 1 cda de queso cottage, 1 huevo y atún Calvo +Pro al natural. Rellena los champiñones con la mezcla, cubre con queso rallado, lleva al horno o freidora de aire 10-12 min. 👉🏻Espero que os ayude a organizar vuestros tupers de la semana🥰 ❓Dime, ¿cuál te ha gustado más? Whenever I use my slow cooker I feel like supermum 🦸🏼‍♀️ If you are a busy working parent, about to have a baby or renovating - you need to try making slow cooker dump bags! You can spend an afternoon doing this and have easy family dinners for weeks. Today I made: 3 x Beef Bourguignon, 3 x Turkey Chilli and 3 x Veggie Curry. My favourite is the beef beef bourguignon because it’s so simple with no pre cooking required. Save this recipe and let me know if you try it. 🥘 Recipe to make one dinner for 4-5 people (I bought ingredients x 3 the below): 500g stew meat 500g mushrooms 1 onion, diced ½ cup apple juice 1 tablespoon beef stock base (I like Knorr slow cooked beef stock) 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced (I use a puree cause I’m lazy) Put all ingredients into a bag or container and when you need it - fully thaw and cook in your slow cooker on low for 8 hours (or if in a rush cook on high for 4 hours). Serve with mash, rice or noodles. TOP TEN RECIPES OF THE YEAR! Number 10: Butternut and Sage Minestrone. Loads of you made this one, which makes me so happy. If you missed it, save the below recipe for later 😊 Ingredients Note: you can use pretty much any veg you have here, just dice it up small! Great for food waste. 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 an onion 1 carrot 1/2 a red pepper 1/2 a courgette 1/2 a butternut squash 8 cloves minced garlic 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage or any other fresh herb 1.5 tbsp ras el hanout and 1 tbsp smoked paprika, or to keep it more traditional sub oregano, thyme, rosemary 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 x 400g tin plum tomatoes 900ml veg stock 200g small pasta shells 240g cooked chickpeas Serving suggestions: cashew parm, crispy chickpeas, olive oil, lots of black pepper, fresh herbs, chilli Method: If using squash, I prefer to roast it to enhance the flavour. Preheat your oven to 200c, dice small and roast for 25 min. If you’re serving with crispy chickpeas, pop these into roast too. Dice all your veg up small, mince your garlic Cover the bottom of a Dutch oven in olive oil. Add the harder veg (onion, carrot, any root veg) and sauté for 8 mins on a medium heat with a pinch of salt. Add the rest of the veg, a little more salt and fry 5 mins more. Add the garlic and fresh herbs. Fry 3 mins more, then add the dried spices and fry those off until aromatic. Add a little more olive oil if needed. Add the tomato paste and make sure everything is covered well. Then add the tin of plum tomatoes, breaking them up with your spatula. Add the stock, bring everything to the the boil then add the dry pasta. After 4/5 min, add the roasted veg, chickpeas, and season to taste. Serve with fresh parsley, olive oil, cashew parm, black pepper and the crispy chickpeas. I eat mine with wholegrain sourdough bread. #minestrone #plantbasedfood #healthyfood #batchcook

Batch cooking healthy meals for the family 💕 This is a hidden vegetable chicken curry perfect for the entire family which you can also freeze for some easy healthy meals when you have less time. This is a Theo favourite. He bloody loves a curry!! I originally got this recipe from Annabel Karmel - I normally just adapt on what veg I have in the fridge and also up the garlic and ginger to make it a little more fragrant. You need: Olive Oil 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic 2 tbs of grated ginger 2 tsp Garam Masala 2 tbsp Korma curry paste 1 red pepper 1/2 a courgette 130g of sweet potato 130g Cauliflower florets 400g tin of coconut milk 400g tin of chopped tomatoes 1 packet of chicken breast Method: 1. I like to cook the chicken breast separately and then add at the end once cooked and shredded. 2. Dice up all the veg nice and small 3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add the rest of your veggies as well as your spices (garam masala and curry paste) Cook for another 5/10 minutes until everything starts to soften. 4. Add your coconut milk and chopped tomatoes and let it simmer for around 25-30 minutes until everything is nice and soft. 5. Optional - blend everything together if you want a smoother sauce (better for picky eaters) 6. Add in your shredded chicken breast and serve along side rice/naan bread/quinoa.

How to Batch Cook Like A Chef | Ep.5 | Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas and Burnt Salsa **New name who dis*** A series where I show you how to meal prep like a chef. 75g Protein | 785Kcal Per 2 Quesadillas. Makes 8 Quesadillas: Chicken: 1000g Chicken Thigh Fillets 3 Onions 30g Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (1 tbsp of each: Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chipotle Paste, Oregano, Cumin) Burnt Salsa: 500g Cherry Tomatoes 1 Onion 6 Garlic Cloves 2 Red Chilli 1 Handful Coriander Green Salsa: 300g 0% Greek Yoghurt 3 Jalapeño 1 Avocado Lime Juice & Salt to Taste To Serve Chopped Onion & Coriander 10g Grated Mozzarella per tortilla Tortillas 1. Dice the chicken thighs and slice the onion. Add to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the chicken ingredients and mix well. 2. Spread evenly on an oven tray and roast at 200C for 20 mins or until cooked through. 3. For the salsa, cut the chillies in half, cut the onion into chunks and peel the garlic cloves. Place everything onto an oven tray and pop under the grill until charred. Throw into a blender with the coriander until smooth. Season with lime and salt. 4. For the cream, blend until smooth. 5. Chop an onion and mix with coriander. 6. Put the chicken and sauces into separate containers and get creative. 7. For the quesadilla, sprinkle some cheese onto the tortilla, top with chicken, fold and pop into a pan until crispy. 💡4 IDEAS DE TUPER, para llevar al trabajo o a la Universidad 👩🏻‍🎓 ¡Feliz domingo!🥰Una semana más te traigo ideas para comer de tuper, muy fáciles y deliciosos. 1️⃣TUPER👉🏻Hamburguesas de salmón, ensalada y arroz integral: En un bol añade 3 latas de salmón al natural de Calvo, 1⁄2 cebolla y 1⁄2 zanahoria picada, ajo-perejil, un huevo y 2 cdas de pan rallado. Mezcla, forma las hamburguesas y cocina a la plancha, 5 min por cado lado. 2️⃣TUPER👉🏻 Fajitas de pollo con verduras y patatas baby asadas: Pimiento tricolor, cebolla, cherrys, pechuga de pollo, patatas baby, aceite y especias.Tiempo horno 30 min / 200° 3️⃣TUPER👉🏻 Garbanzos horneados con verduras: Calabaza, calabacín, cebolla, cherrys, garbanzos, aceite y especias. Tiempo horno 30 min / 200° 4️⃣TUPER👉🏻Pastel de espinacas y atún, mix de lechugas, mozzarella y cherrys: Sofríe una cebolla, añade 400 gr espinacas congeladas, rehoga 5 min y añade 3 latas de atún bajo en sal de Calvo. En un bol bate 3 huevos con un vaso de leche, añade las espinacas con atún, mezcla y pasa a un molde. Recipe number 1 of my batch cook series and guys please you are gonna want to save this one 😍 I’ve made butternut squash Mac and cheese loads of times but this one was my best version yet - so creamy and cheesy and the perfect hint of sweetness from the squash and the onion but I promise it doesn’t taste at all vegetable-y so it’s a great way to sneak some nutrition in for kiddies (or fussy adults like me hehe) Recipe serves 4 adults 555 calories per serving 67g carbs 27g fat 17g protein Ingredients:⁣⁣ 600g butternut squash⁣⁣, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes 1 small onion, diced 1 tbsp olive oil⁣⁣ Salt + pepper⁣⁣ 320g (dry weight) macaroni⁣ 40g 50% fat protein cheese 30g mozzarella cheese mix 5g parmesan 120g 50% fat créme fraîche⁣ 150ml semi-skimmed milk Toppings: 3g golden breadcrumbs Another 3g parmesan 20g sun-dried tomatoes 1 tsp sunflower seeds 1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Chop your butternut squash into 1-2 cm cubes. Drizzle with the oil, salt and pepper and roast with the onion for 30 minutes. ⁣ 3. While it’s cooking, boil your macaroni then drain and reserve the pasta water. Give it a rinse so it doesn’t all stick together. 4. Once cooked, blitz the squash and onion in a food processor along with the créme fraîche, milk and a few ladles (around 150ml) of pasta water.⁣⁣ 5. Combine the pasta with the sauce and stir in the cheese until melted. 6. Divide into bowls or Tupperware dishes and add the toppings! ❄️ Leave to cool then freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight then reheat in the oven on 180C fan for 15 minutes (or air fry for 8) or microwave (not in a foil container pls) for 2-3 minutes until piping hot! #mealprep #batchcooking #mealideas
