Developing a "wear & repair" protocol to maintain strong & healthy knees is crucial, especially as you age.⁠ ⁠ Here is a simple "Berlin Protocol" that I use to build resilient knees throughout the winter season. I can do 3 full sets in about 5 minutes, so it is very time efficient. This method will also build single leg strength, with minimal fatigue.⁠ ⁠ Grab 2 heavy weights. I have about 110lbs combined here⁠ Lower into a flexed position (deeper = harder)⁠ Hold for 3 seconds⁠ Repeat x4/side⁠ Rest for 1-2mins⁠ Repeat x 3-5 sets⁠
