MSReligion tells you WHAT to do. Science tells you HOW to do it. Here’s how you can use BOTH to truly know God.
They told you that God has no place in science, that the Bible is law, and that the Bible and religion are the only ways to understand God. They lied.
Religion and the Bible tell you what to do.
📖Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things shall be added onto you
📖Do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind
📖As a man thinks in his heart, so is he
But they don’t tell you HOW to do this. How do you seek first the Kingdom and the Righteousness? How do you renew your mind? What does it mean to “think in your heart?” Without a HOW TO, these Bible scriptures are just words you know MENTALLY instead of directions you follow SPIRITUALLY.
Knowing the Bible mentally by regurgitating scriptures is one thing but knowing the Bible spiritually is what God wanted for you. That’s where science comes in.
I didn’t truly embody what I knew from the Bible until I merged religion and science. I created an 8-step scientific formula, The LIFE Recipe, that allows you to take all the scripture you already know and actually EMBODY what they mean and put them into action.
Once I used The LIFE Recipe, I was able to go from:
🦋praying in desperation and scarcity to praying in gratitude and abundance
🦋4 years on socials making no money to multiple 5 figures in only 6 months
🦋0 mentees in 2 years to 6 in one week
It wasn’t on accident. I followed a scientific process that works every time, no matter what.

STI’ve been a church girl all my life
For as long as I remember, my mum was a deaconess in church
So every activity our church used to have, I was there
So you see things like prayer, vigil, morning devotion, etc
It is in my blood
I also know Bible scriptures
I used to participate in “Draw your sword” competitions
The first person to open a scripture wins
I used to cram Bible verses
I could recite them out mindlessly without really understanding what the verses were saying
As I got older, I entered into full time entrepreneurship and then the problems started to unravel
Like every other business owner, I started to set big goals
For instance, in 2020, I set a goal for my business to earn a million dollars
…but it was a struggle
I struggled with that desire
I felt it sounded greedy
I felt judged, criticized, I felt like people would condemn me for setting that type of goal
…I never considered the impact I would make in the life of my clients if my business earned a million dollars
I struggled with pricing too
I believed that charging high prices for my knowledge was unfair and wicked
The “good thing” to do was to charge low prices
…I never considered the value I was bringing to the table
It all just sounded “wrong”
When I started to unpack why I had all these beliefs
I went back to my Bible and started reading it again for myself
I started to re-read those Bible verses I crammed mindlessly with a new set of lenses
I started to read what the word of God says about prosperity, blessing his children, blessing the works of their hands, the reward for giving, the finished work of Christ, etc
Alas - I was suffering because of lack of knowledge
If you’re a church girl who has a million dollar goal, Ask yourself the hard questions
“Why am I not a Million Dollar CEO yet?”
The truth will first of all shock you
…but it will set you free

Wanting a strong, healthy body is not vain.
Discipline is not punishment and it is not out of reach for you.
Caring for your spirit, mind AND body was never optional.

DEDay 3 of my 10 day 26th birthday countdown and my heart is so full. My parents gave me a jar of Bible scriptures, each color-coded for every mood and season of life. It’s a gift of comfort, encouragement, and faith. This is something I can turn to daily as a reminder that God’s word is always right on time. 🥹🙏🏾

ALHere is my #quietimebiblestudyroutije about the scripture on John from chapter 18, verse 36. I have a monthly reading plan in my binder, which is called “Living Kingdom”. I also use a highlighter in the color light pink, which talks about our lord, Jesus in the Bible. I also use my #SOAPBibleStudyMethod to help me understand on what the verse means. I also written down the context meaning from my Bible scriptures to post it for my Instagram stories.
Scripture: Jesus answered, ‘My kingdom is not from this world. If my kingdom were from this world, my followers would be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. Buy as it is, my kingdom is not from here.
Observation: Jesus is essentially asserting that his reign is not a political or earthly kingdom, but one of a different, spiritual nature.
Application: This means that his rule and kingdom are not based on earthly power or political structure, and his followers are not subject to the same laws and practices of earthly kingdom.
Prayer: It emphasizes the spiritual nature of Jesus’ kingdom, distinct from earthly political power and earthly kingdom.
