Solutions: Check for H. Pylori, or try ACV or a small amount of HCL with your meals. Bloat ~1 hour after eating? → SLUGGISH BILE FLOW Bloating one hour later is classic for bile not releasing well (or thick/poor-quality bile).� This slows fat digestion and creates upper-right abdominal pressure, nausea, headaches, or “tight under the bra line” bloating.� Clues: floating stools, pale stools, nausea after fats, dry skin, low vitamins A/D/E/K, worst with high fat meals. Solutions: Utilizing Ox-Bile, distributing fats evenly throughout your day, and supporting liver health. Bloat ~2 hours after eating? → LOW DIGESTIVE ENZYMES If bloating hits later — around 1.5–2 hours — it’s usually pancreatic enzymes not doing their job.� Proteins, carbs, and fats aren’t broken down → fermentation in the small intestine → gassy, distended, uncomfortable.� Clues: food in stool, greasy/oily stool, low appetite, fatigue after meals. Solutions: Utilize digestive enzymes. Bloat All day, every day? →Consider SIBO or Gut Dysbiosis If you wake up bloated, go to bed bloated, or get pregnant-belly by 3pm no matter what you eat → SIBO or microbial imbalance is almost always involved. �Bacteria ferment EVERYTHING — even water — because the upstream digestion is impaired.� Clues: chronic constipation or diarrhea, brain fog, skin issues, histamine symptoms. Solutions - get testing, and work with a trained practitioner to resolve (our team deals with SIBO often).
