That’s why with @metaquest 2 you can not only have an incredible workout but you can learn and develop new skills, try new hobbies like boxing and combat or even dancing! The first time I tried the boxing workout on FitXR on Meta Quest 2 I was blown away by how incredible it was as an effective workout. I was knackered after 5 minutes of it 🤣 it’s a great way to not only move your body, gain the benefits of exercise but also build the confident in learning new skills in the comfort of your own home 🙏🏼 I love learning new ways to move my body and when it’s such an enjoyable and fun way to exercise, it makes motivating yourself that much easier 💪🏼 #metaquest2 #FitXR #boxing #combat
