DRShe came in exhausted.
Dizziness after every practice. Chronic headaches she’d learned to ignore. Neck pain that never quit. And breathing that just felt… off.
She’s a break dancer. So she did what athletes do — she pushed through it.
But this wasn’t a training problem. It was an airway problem.
After one nasal balloon treatment, also known as nasal specific technique or endonasal balloon therapy, she said it was the first time in years she could fully breathe through her nose.
The dizziness? Gone. The headaches? Fading. The neck tension? Releasing, because her body wasn’t fighting for air anymore.
Nasal obstruction affects more athletes than most people realize. Poor airflow leads to poor oxygen delivery, increased muscle tension, disrupted sleep, and chronic pain that no amount of stretching will fix.
