🔥 In this reel:
The Challenge – To bring down 1.06 secs till 30 secs through CFOP method⏱️
The Strategy – Timing individual steps under the CFOP method and memorizing algorithms. 📚🧠
Gave a little more than 30 days to achieve the final goal and still couldn’t reach the 30 seconds mark. I guess this was the best I could do as I tried multiple times but it just wasn’t happening. So I chose to celebrate my 1:06 to 33 seconds journey instead of crying over not achieving the 30 second goal!❤️
By the way this wasn’t just about a fun puzzle—it’s about training my brain to recognize patterns and develop problem-solving skills. This skill taught me how to be determined and develop a go-getter mindset.

THSolving my LEGO® Rubik's Cube to prove it's fully functional.
This solve took 5 minutes, but my personal best time is 3 Minutes and 4.30 seconds using the CFOP method: Cross, then F2L, then OLL, then PLL.
(For reference: my average solving time using an actual speed cube is around 17 seconds, so this cube might not be the best choice for competitions.)
Info about the model:
Side length: 608mm (official Rubik's® cube: 575mm)
Piece count: 400+ (not finalized) (official Rubik's® cube: 21)
Color scheme: standard
WCA approved: no
Disclaimer: I'm not the first person to design a (fully solvable) Rubik's® Cube out of LEGO® bricks.
PuzzLEGO on YouTube had the brilliant idea of using element 35787 (Tile, Modified 2 x 2 Triangular) for the inner mechanism, and even though my own design went through several iterations, it also relies on this triangle piece (as shown in the video)

_VTo solve a Rubik’s Cube using the CFOP method, you start by creating a cross on the white face, aligning the white edge pieces with their corresponding center pieces. Next, you solve the first two layers (F2L) by inserting the white corner pieces and placing the edge pieces of the second layer correctly. After the first two layers are complete, you move to the last layer. First, you orient the last layer (OLL) to make the top face a solid color, usually yellow. Finally, you permute the last layer (PLL) to position the pieces correctly, completing the cube with each face being a single, uniform color. Each step relies on specific algorithms to manipulate the pieces while maintaining the solved sections.
