Today, we built sentences using a simple coding-logic system. When I asked, “What does he like and what doesn’t he like?” our students decoded the visual sequence and produced the complete sentence:
“He likes eggs, but he doesn’t like cereal.”
This structured and visual approach supports:
✔ Logical thinking
✔ Sentence organization
✔ Understanding contrast (“but”)
✔ Grammar awareness in context
✔ Confidence in spoken English
Coding-style sequencing helps children recognize that language is a meaningful system — not just isolated vocabulary. They don’t simply repeat; they construct and produce with understanding.
