I used to think if I did my workout and burned extra calories then I could go out and not worry about how much I ate or drank.
Common apps like My Fitness Pal will tell you the same thing by giving you calorie adjustments based on calories burned.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁.
Now don’t get me wrong, you should absolutely still go out, enjoy the food & drinks and time with your friends, regardless of how many calories you burned that day.
