Out with the 80’s, in with a clean new look. 🔨✨ This project started by removing the old wooden ties and outdated sidewalk. From there we rebuilt the space with durability and design in mind. We installed Techo-Bloc Maya Steps in Riviera to create a strong, modern transition through the grade. The new walkway was built using Techo-Bloc Eva in Shale Grey, finished with a Valet Onyx border to give the sidewalk a sharp, defined frame. The entire project was constructed on an open grade base system for superior drainage and long-term stability. We finished the edges with Perma-Edge restraint and locked everything in with Alliance Gator Sand to ensure the installation stays tight and clean for years to come.
