Follow me for more recipes @amydulcee 💜 Pink Deviled Eggs 🌸🥚🌱 A simple and colorful dish that will make any holiday table more joyful and festive! This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

These Deviled Egg Chicks are the perfect addition to your Easter table! 🐣✨🥚 Here’s how to make them: 🐣 Slice a small piece off the base of 6 hard-boiled eggs so they stand upright. Cut off the top third and remove the yolks. 🐣 Mix the yolks with 3 tbsp mayo, 3/4 tsp Dijon, a pinch of garlic powder & salt. Mash until smooth. 🐣 Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and replace the tops. 🐣 Add black peppercorns for eyes & a tiny carrot triangle for the beak. Simple, festive, and delicious. Robin’s egg blue deviled eggs- naturally dyed with cabbage :) I really loved making these because it was soo fun to watch the colors change. The cabbage water went from purple to blue, and the eggs went from a denim blue to a robins egg blue and then back to denim blue. These are super fun if you’re looking to make deviled eggs this weekend for Easter. Ingredients: 8 Hard boiled eggs 1/2 head of purple cabbage 3 cups of water, boiled For the deviled yolks: Mayo Sriracha Mustard Rice vinegar Salt + pepper to taste Chopped dill Method: 1. Hard boil and peel the eggs as you usually do and set aside. 2. Boil 3 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat. Add in the chopped cabbage and hard boiled eggs and allow it to cool completely before transferring the contents to a fridge safe container to refrigerate overnight. Make sure the eggs are fully submerged for best color. 3. The following day, remove the eggs, chop them in half and separate the yolks from the whites. 4. Pop the yolks in a mortar and pestle with Mayo, mustard, sriracha, rice vinegar, salt and pepper and grind it until it’s nice and smooth. In the video, I added the dill into the yolks but I would leave the dill out and add it in the end- it’s easier to pipe the when there aren’t small chunks in the yolk mix. 5. FOR THE EGGS 12 large eggs 2 cups beet juice or brine FOR THE FILLING ¼–½ cup mayonnaise 2–4 Tbsp horseradish mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ½ lemon, zested Flaky salt, for garnish Fresh chives, thinly sliced Fresh dill, for garnish METHOD 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil using Frigidaire’s Induction Power Boost. 2. Add eggs and boil over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. 3. Transfer to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes, then peel immediately. 4. Add beet juice or brine to a large bowl, submerge peeled eggs, cover, and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight (longer soak = deeper color). 5. Remove eggs from brine, slice in half, and separate yolks into a bowl. 6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and lemon zest to yolks. Beat until smooth, adjusting mayo and mustard as needed. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for extra smooth filling. 7. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a decorative tip and pipe into egg whites. 8. The only Easter eggs I want are ones that I can actually eat! I just boiled some beets and kept the leftover water to soak the eggs in! Add a little vinegar to help the color pop and soak in faster. For the filling, I just used mayo, mustard, salt n pep to taste! I blended with an immersion blender and put in a piping bag so I could make it cute! I loveee the way a bright yolk looks, so you could add turmeric if it’s not super bright! Top with 🌸edible flowers, chives, and fresh dill!

Smoked Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs These are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering! Recipe • Place 12 eggs on the smoker at 325F for 30 minutes directly on the grill grates. Note: you can also boil the eggs instead of smoking them. • Place the eggs in a bowl full of ice water for 10-15 minutes. This will help stop the cooking process and cool the eggs down. • Peel the eggs by gently removing the shell. Place the eggs back on the smoker at 165F for 30 mins. • Slice each egg in half then scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp @trybachans Original, 3 tbsp softened cream cheese, 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp bbq rub then mix thoroughly and place in a piping bag. • Pour some bbq rub on a plate then place each egg white on the bbq rub face down to season the rim of the egg. • Pipe each egg white with the filling then top with crumbled bacon, a slice of fresh jalapeño and chives. #eggs #delicious
