Deviled Eggs! ✨ COMMENT RECIPE 👇 Ingredients: • 18 large eggs • ⅔ cup mayonnaise • 1 tbsp yellow mustard • 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice or jalapeño juice or vinegar (pick one) • A couple dashes of your favorite hot sauce • 1 tsp Britscookin Cajun Seasoning • 1 tsp Britscookin Garlic & Herb Seasoning • Smoked paprika, for garnish • Extra Britscookin Garlic & Herb, for garnish ⸻ Instructions: 1. Place 18 eggs in a large pot and cover with cool water. 2. Bring to a boil and let them roll for about 10–12 minutes. 3. Once cooked, immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely. 4. Peel the eggs, then slice each one in half lengthwise. 5. Carefully remove all the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl. 6. Mash the yolks with a fork until they reach a powdery consistency. 7. Add the mayo, mustard, pepperoncini (or jalapeño/vinegar), hot sauce, Britscookin Cajun Seasoning, and Britscookin Garlic & Herb. 8. Mix well until smooth. For an extra creamy texture, use an immersion blender to blend the filling. 9. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half using a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. 10. Day 2 of my Thanksgiving Sides Series🍽️ Recipe Here🥚 Classic Deviled Eggs 12 eggs 1/3 cup miracle whip @miraclewhip 1/3 cup mayo @hellmannsmayonnaise Salt Paprika 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then gently place the eggs into the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low medium and cook for 12 minutes. Next transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice cold water and rest for 20 minutes. 2. When the eggs have finished resting, peel them, and rinse them well to make sure there are no shells remaining on the eggs. Slice in half lengthwise, and place all of the yolks into a bowl. Set the whites aside. 3. Mash the yolks then add the miracle whip, mayo, salt, and mustard. Whip or blend until the yolks are smooth and creamy. 4. Arrange the egg whites on a plate or platter. You can use a piping tip or a Ziploc bag to fill the egg whites, you can also just use a spatula or a spoon as well. There’s really no wrong way to do it. To finish them off sprinkle with paprika. The only Easter eggs I want are ones that I can actually eat! I just boiled some beets and kept the leftover water to soak the eggs in! Add a little vinegar to help the color pop and soak in faster. For the filling, I just used mayo, mustard, salt n pep to taste! I blended with an immersion blender and put in a piping bag so I could make it cute! I loveee the way a bright yolk looks, so you could add turmeric if it’s not super bright! Top with 🌸edible flowers, chives, and fresh dill!

This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Cut off the top third and remove the yolks. 🐣 Mix the yolks with 3 tbsp mayo, 3/4 tsp Dijon, a pinch of garlic powder & salt. Mash until smooth. 🐣 Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and replace the tops. 🐣 Add black peppercorns for eyes & a tiny carrot triangle for the beak. Simple, festive, and delicious. SAVE this and let me know what you think 🥚 - Make sure you’re following me so you never miss a recipe. - I use a classic deviled egg recipe, simple swapping the traditional yellow mustard for Dijon for more depth of flavor and replacing a tablespoon of the mayo with yogurt to lighten the mouthfeel of the filling. Almost-Classic Deviled Eggs 6 large eggs 3 T mayo 1 T full fat yogurt or sour cream 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon white vinegar ¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon pepper paprika for sprinkling Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Transfer to stovetop over high heat until water begins to boil. Boil for one minute, cover with lid, and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 17 minutes and then drain and transfer to an ice bath. Peel eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to a medium-sized bowl. Add Mayo, yogurt or sour cream, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Use a fork to mash well.
