Entertainment Tonight video shows Sophie Turner and Kit Harington locking lips passionately in a lush outdoor setting during the scene. An off-screen director calls "Cut. Beautiful." Kit Harington immediately turns away and gags in exaggerated disgust. Sophie Turner puffs her cheeks and pretends to retch, looking genuinely queasy. The crew erupts in laughter at their over-the-top reactions.
The footage dropped just before 'The Dreadful' hits select theaters. Director Natasha Kermani raved about the pairing. She said, "Seeing Kit and Sophie back together on screen was a unique delight. Their chemistry and friendship are unmistakable
Turner sent him the script first. He recalled, "She was the one who forwarded the movie to me, and somehow didn't perceive what I saw in it. I thought, 'These characters are lovers, right?' It felt very strange." Turner spilled more on Late Night with Seth Meyers in August 2025 while promoting Trust. She quoted Harington's response: "He kind of replied, saying, 'Yeah, I’d love to, this is going to be f---ing weird, Soph.'"
Turner first dished on the kiss during that Meyers appearance. She said they tried blocking out their Game of Thrones past. "We tried to put it out of our minds, then we got on set. When it came to the first kissing scene, we were both retching. Honestly, it was disgusting. It was the worst experience." She even compared it unfavorably to filming with real cockroaches on Trust.

Comedic and lighthearted, despite the MC being a Dark Lord...or rather was one? You know what I mean! The beginning took a bit too long to situate for me because of the whole memory thing, but once the midpoint hit and we got to *the plot* I really liked the banter.
