Absolutely one of the worst things to do especially while you’re in school is to burnout. So important to regulate your stress and take time to rest.

NII rarely make time I’d rather sleep and between littles and teenagers I feel like I’m up late and up early. When I have time I try to make the most of it with vitamin c and hydration sleep in masks. Hair oil, brush my teeth. Get it all done in 6 min.
