If you’ve been told to take CoQ10 to support egg quality but no one explained the difference between ubiquinone vs. ubiquinol… you’re not getting the full picture. 👀 Most CoQ10 supplements on the shelf are in the cheaper, less bioavailable form: ubiquinone. 
This version needs to be converted by your body into ubiquinol — the active antioxidant form your cells actually use. ⚠️ Here’s the catch:
