You don’t need an hour every day—you need just 1.5% of your week. ➡️Tiny step: Do 15 minutes of brisk movement today (walk, bike, dance). 🍸Alcohol: party fuel, not medicine. Alcohol looks like social medicine… but it raises cancer risk. This is data, not judgment. Knowing lets you make an informed choice. ➡️Tiny step: Choose a non-alcoholic drink instead of an alcoholic one this week and note how you sleep. 💪Lift. It’s not bro culture, it’s retirement planning. Strength training is your body’s 401(k)—small deposits compound. No gym audition required. Two tiny sessions a week pay dividends. ➡️Tiny step: Do 2 sets of 10 bodyweight squats (or chair squats) today. 🧂Restaurants are salt factories. Eat out a lot? Your sodium bill is probably high.
