I don’t care how many calories you burn, I care about the weights you use. You should be able to complete the number of reps, but feel like you couldn’t do three more. I wouldn’t do these back to back, but I would sprinkle them throughout the week. If you can work out an extra day, add in some hiit cardio. These workouts should not take longer than 25-30 minutes.
