Flying with a water bottle or any other flotation device on your drone is one of those things you either swear will never happen to you or it’s something you have to learn the hard way. You could fly over the water 100 times never have a problem and think you’re fine. Then one day You think you’re bad and Boujee and you don’t need all that nonsense. Next thing you know you’re scrambling to find out how deep the water is where the drone is and if there’s any chance you can get it back to at least recover the footage and not look so dumb in front of your clients. I’m not 100% sure if the water bottle is even enough to make it float but it’s gotta be better than nothing and it really can’t hinder the performance that much or at any weight. Has anyone else come across a good flotation system for FPV drones? #fpvpilot #fpvmiami #miamifpv
