👉 Step 1: Install Node.js
React needs Node.js. Make sure it’s installed before moving forward.
👉 Step 2: Create a New React App
Use Vite or Create React App to spin up your starter project.
👉 Step 3: Explore the File Structure
src/ → where your code lives
public/ → static assets
package.json → project settings & dependencies
👉 Step 4: Run the App
Start the dev server. Open your browser. You should see the default React welcome screen 🎉

HIWhat a difference 😅😅
Moving states, pregnancy, and existing in 8F ❄️🥶❄️ has been a lot as we navigate through our homeschooling journey. But thankfully we’ve found our rhythm and feel more confident now.
1️⃣The first thing I worked on was preparing the adult (me!) on how to homeschool. I’ve found the albums (Montessori curriculum verbiage) and also the resources I need to be successful.
2️⃣The second thing is preparing the environment. And this was the hardest part. It’s changed over time and I tweaked it as needed. But we finally have the space I love and she can thrive in.
I already owned one Luce shelf from @sprout_kids so I knew that a second one would be necessary with the extra space we needed. Do you see the light difference 🤩And honestly it’s beautiful and I know it’ll last for a long time. Our table has been a daily part of our routine for over 5 years!!!
What questions do you have??
Also I hope my messy beginnings remind you that it all can’t be done in one day. It takes time and observing what is necessary, not just what you see online 😏
