Follow @andreakristene for holistic home remedies 🌱 I couldn’t fit all the recipes in the caption, here’s a few and comment “recipe” for the rest 💜 Deodorant: Small batch (fills 2.5 oz deodorant tube): • 2 tbsp coconut oil • 3 tbsp shea butter • 2 tbsp beeswax • 3 tbsp arrowroot powder • Essential oils Place coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax in a mason jar Set the jar in a pot of simmering water (double boiler style) until melted Remove from heat and stir in arrowroot powder & essential oils Pour into a deodorant tube or jar and let set 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 DIY Tinted Lip Balm Recipe: 5 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp beeswax pellets 2 tbsp shea butter ½–1 tsp beetroot powder (adjust for tint) ½ tsp vitamin E oil (optional) 5 drops essential oil (optional) Add coconut oil, beeswax, and shea butter to a heat-safe jar or measuring cup. Place over a saucepan of gently simmering water (double boiler). Stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in beetroot powder, vitamin E, and essential oil. Pour into tins or tubes while still warm. Let cool and fully set before using. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ DIY Natural Bug Spray (for around the house): • Citrus peels (lemon, orange, grapefruit — whatever you have) • Fresh mint leaves • A few cinnamon sticks • White vinegar (enough to cover everything) Add to a clean jar and let it sit for 3–4 weeks (shake occasionally). choc banana rice paper pie this is suuuuch a treat! oh my yum. I love a banana split and this with ice cream 😉 could you imagine? yuuuuuum. Super easy ingredients and recipe too! For 5 serves Ingredients; •10 rice paper sheets •2 eggs •1 tbsp nut milk •1 tbsp coconut sugar •1 tsp melted coconut oil •1.5 bananas (sliced in halves then halved again) •1 tsp cinnamon •2 cubes chocolate •1 tbsp extra coconut sugar for dusting Directions; 1. Start by combining your eggs, nut milk and coconut sugar. Melt your coconut oil, but do not put it in the mixture while the eggs are cold (it’ll solidify) 2. Slice your bananas and coat in cinnamon 3. Add your coconut oil to your egg mixture and then start to dip your rice paper into the mixture 4. Let the mixture drip off, then lay onto a wooden chopping block. Repeat once more, ensuring each pocket has two rice paper sheets stacked on top of one another. If the coconut oil solidifies while assembling, place it on the stove on low heat for 10 seconds (very low and slow so the eggs don’t cook) 5. Add your banana to the centre and add chocolate and coconut sugar to the top of the banana 6. Fold as per the video 7. Add to a air fryer for 10 minutes at 180°C Then enjoy!! It’s as simple and delicious as that 🫶🏽 Macros (per pocket: 5 serves) Protein: 2.8 g Fat: 3.9 g Carbs: 33.2 g Calories: 172 kcal #ricepaper #wholefood #glutenfreedessert #holistic #healthydesserts
