KEFirst time shooting black & white film on my Canon AE-1 and… I’m truly obsessed.

GUThis is one of the best street portraits I’ve ever taken.
Sometimes I forget why I share this series on the internet. Why not keep it to myself? Does anyone really care? Is this content really serving any sort of purpose? Any sort of greater good?
But a photo like this brings me right back to the essence of my work. I am here to remind you that there is a common humanity to celebrate. I am here to remind you that beauty is an objective quality that every human on earth possesses.
Through these photographs, it’s my duty to subtly remind you that we all share inherent worth across creeds, religions, and cultures.
Black-and-white photography is my art, and art is the lifeblood of humanity. To practice and consume art is to touch the divine.
And so let my art say this, if anything:
