Try this FAT MELTING 30 min HIIT workout if you want to drop weight fast and waste no time. This takes optimal and convenience to the next level. Everyone has time to train 30 mins, and if you do it right, with high intensity, you wouldn’t need to do ANY more exercise for the day. This will help you stay in a deficit without over eating. This is done in 3 rounds… Round 1 (10 mins no rest): Kettlebell push press with squat (10 reps) Kettlebell swings (15 reps) Burpees (10 reps) Box jump (12 reps) Ski machine (150m) Round 2 (10 mins no rest) Sled push (20m) Farmers walk (20m) Shoulder tap push ups (12 reps) Alternating lunge jump (20 reps) Round 3 (10 mins) Fan bike sprint (20 seconds above 75RPM) Followed by (40 seconds active rest above 35RPM) You will burn 500-700+ calories depending on intensity, plus heaps of calories hours following this workout with an elevated heart rate. #fatlosscoach #weightlosscoach #fitnesscoach #fatloss #weightloss #fitness

Genau wie im Spiel: kurze Aktionen, minimale Erholung, volle Konzentration. Derfor skal du løpe 400 metere for å bli raskere på 5 og 10 km 👋🏼 🔹Forbedrer utholdenheten din: Når du løper flere 400-metere i moderat tempo (uten å bli stiv i beina), trener du opp kondisjonen din slik at du kan løpe lengre uten å bli sliten. 🔹Bedrer farten og evnen til å tåle melkesyre: Løper du raskere 400-metere (for eksempel økende fart for hver runde), trener du kroppen til å tåle mer melkesyre. Dette gjør at du kan holde høyere fart over lengre tid uten å måtte sakke ned. Enkelt sagt: 400-meters drag gjør at du blir både raskere og mer utholdende! Her er forslag til to ulike økter⬇️ 1️⃣ 10-15 x 400 m med 60 sek pause. Løp i et jevnt tempo uten å bli stiv i beina. 2️⃣ 8-10 x 400m med 90 sek pause. Løp raskere og raskere for hver runde. The aim with this one is to have the biggest contrast possible between your sprint pace and your jog pace. 🔴PACE TARGETS🔴 🔹2km time trial ➡️ Average pace per work block (Excluding 3 min rest between blocks) 🔹Above 9:00 ➡️ 6:20 min/km 🔹8:00 - 9:00 ➡️ 5:45 min/km 🔹7:30 - 8:00 ➡️ 5:15 min/km 🔹7:00 - 7:30 ➡️ 4:55 min/km 🔹6:30 - 7:00 ➡️ 4:40 min/km 🔹6:00 - 6:30 ➡️ 4:30 min/km 🔹Sub 6:00 ➡️ 4:20 min/km Not sure what your 2km time is?
