THWhat a treat getting to chat with the legendary Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott) from The Young and the Restless while he was in Toronto! 🇨🇦
He spilled the tea on his cameo in the new series Pluribus (premiering today, November 7th on Apple TV!), revealing that he was personally called by Vince Gilligan and the role was originally scripted as... the “Distinguished Gentleman.” 🎩
Peter joked that he thought, “well, he thinks I’m distinguished,” before describing the gruelling but rewarding shoot where he had to “prattle on for seven pages” and do every take from start to finish! While he admits the promo makes it look like he’s starring on the show, he clarified he’s in the last seven pages of the first episode. 😉
The series stars the wonderful Rhea Seehorn (Kim Wexler from Better Call Saul), so you know it’s going to be good! Pluribus drops today.
