HOW TO MEMORIZE *EVERYTHING* YOU READ Try this KEY technique next time you open your textbook ⬇️ 📖When your teacher assigns you textbook chapters, do you just open your textbook and begin reading? ❌If so, you’re doing it WRONG. 📚Before you start reading, you need to PREPARE for active reading. Here’s how: 1️⃣ Read the introduction and conclusion of the chapter 2️⃣ Read headings and captions, and look at figures and images. 3️⃣ Generate questions that you want to answer through the reading. 4️⃣Apply my secret active reading technique based on metacognition. I use Oreate to structure this process and turn reading into thinking. #study #school #uni #fypage #college #universitylife #smartstudent

📚 How to Memorise Info FASTER Than Anyone – 5 Elite Memory Hacks! ⚡🧠 💬 Drop “FASTMEMORY” below, and I’ll DM you my full speed-learning system to help you absorb info quicker and recall it perfectly on exam day! 1️⃣ Blurting Method Power – Read once, close your notes, and write down everything you remember. Fill the gaps and repeat until flawless. 📝🔥 2️⃣ Memory Palace Technique – Store facts in an imaginary space (your house, school, or a street). Walk through it in your mind for instant recall. 🏰💡 3️⃣ The Feynman Trick – Teach the concept like you’re explaining it to a child. Simple language = deep understanding + rapid memory. 💬📚 4️⃣ Spaced Recall Intervals – Review at 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, and 1 week. This tells your brain, “This is important—keep it!” 📅🔁 5️⃣ Multi-Sense Learning – Read it, say it, hear it, and visualise it. Using multiple senses cements info faster than reading alone. 👁️👂🗣️ ✅ Bonus Tip: Do a quick review before bed. Sleep is your brain’s natural “save” button for everything you’ve learned. 🌙💾 #FastMemory #StudyHacks #LearnFaster #MemoryTechniques #examsuccess

Your brain isn’t slow. Your learning method is broken. Most people study more and remember less. That’s not discipline failure — it’s memory mechanics. This reel breaks down a focus + recall loop used to: • study faster • improve memory • lock information long-term • eliminate distraction • increase cognitive performance No motivation. No aesthetics. Just behavioral science + performance psychology. If you’re done wasting hours and forgetting everything, save this. Have you ever learned something only to forget it within days? 🤔 In the 1880s, Ebbinghaus pioneered memory studies and discovered the Forgetting Curve, showing how memories fade quickly. For “non-meaningful” information (e.g. work presentations or interview answers), our brains can discard it in just days — just 3 days, according to research. There’s some good news here– All is not lost! If you want to remember something longer than just 3 days, Chun & Heo (2018) discovered an optimal review frequency to help you retain the content. After you first learn whatever it is you want to remember, 1️⃣ Review it on Day 1 3️⃣ Review it on Day 3 6️⃣ And review it again on Day 6 Voilà! The secret to memory mastery. 💪 What techniques do you find effective for boosting your memory and retaining information? How to LEARN anything FAST👇🏽🧠💯 Use my 4 neuroscience-backed techniques to learn anything 10X faster than everyone else thinks possible! 🚀 These are the exact methods I’ve taught to over 50,000 students as the world’s leading Smart Skills coach 🧠 🔑 The Feynman Technique Nobel Prize winner’s secret: If you can’t teach it simply, you haven’t learned it properly. Transform confusion into mastery: 1️⃣ Learn something new and close all materials. 2️⃣ Explain it like you’re teaching a child. 3️⃣ Stumbling? That’s where you need to focus! 🔥 MIT research shows this technique accelerates learning by 50%! It forces your brain to reorganize information for permanent storage. 🔑 Interleaving STOP marathon study sessions. Your brain craves variety to build connections. The neuroscience approach: ✅ Switch subjects every 25-30 minutes ✅ Mix easy and hard topics ✅ Rotate between different skills 📊 Studies prove interleaving increases learning speed by 43% and retention by 60%! 🔑 Spaced Repetition Forget cramming. Space out your learning for superhuman memory. The optimal schedule: 1️⃣ Learn it today, review tomorrow. 2️⃣ Review again in 3 days, then 1 week. 3️⃣ Final review at 1 month = locked forever! 🧩 Harvard research confirms spaced learning creates 200% stronger memories than massed practice! 🔑 Active Recall Reading notes 10 times? Waste of time. Testing yourself once beats passive review every time. Power up your memory: ✅ Close books and write what you know ✅ Use flashcards or practice problems ✅ Test yourself BEFORE you feel ready ⚡ Science shows Active Recall produces 150% better results than highlighting or re-reading! I taught these to James who thought he was a “slow learner” struggling in every subject. 6 weeks later, he learned Python, aced his chemistry exam, AND picked up Spanish basics! 📖 Stop learning the slow way. COMMENT “GUIDE” to master these brain hacks with my FREE 31-page guide to score straight A’s while studying less! #academiccomeback #studygram #learning #studytip #studywithme

What is it? THE DOODLING METHOD. The doodling method consists of scribbling with your non-dominant hand while studying or memorizing - it’s a memorization technique that forces your brain to slow down and pay closer attention. Because that hand feels awkward, your brain has to work harder, which increases focus and reduces mind-wandering. This extra effort creates stronger neural connections linked to what you’re learning. While doodling, you’re engaging both motor activity and visual processing, which helps encode information more deeply. The doodles don’t need to be artistic or detailed to be effective. What matters is that the movement keeps you mentally present with the material. Your recall is often better than with passive note-taking or reading😌
