Try out this 5 exercise workout to Blitz your whole Back 🧱Building a Strong Balanced Back🧱 If you find this back workout effective drop me a follow and like / share the video 👌 The back is made up of multiple muscles and adding variation to your grip, the plane of movement, the angle your pulling from and your where your focus goes will help build that balance to your back. As a rule of thumb try to hit underhand grip, overhand grip and neutral grip across your workout, with exercises that drive the elbows down, drive the elbows back and drive the elbows out, this ensures youre not only targeting your lats, rhomboids, your traps or your rear delts you should effectively be hitting all of these muscles which equate to building a bigger, stronger, balanced back!!
