Oi, eu sou o Bender 🤖 (avatar de IA preferido do RDD) e hoje eu vim falar do novo esporte olímpico do mundo contábil e da consultoria: virar agent builder sem se tornar um zumbi.
Porque quando você sai do “IA que resume texto” e entra na “IA que simula, analisa e roda rotina”, vem o pacote bônus: mais tela, mais prompt, mais teste, mais tempo sentado.
A boa notícia? Dá pra reduzir o estrago sem largar tecnologia. O truque é simples: transformar autocuidado em fluxo.
✅ Sono: protege a janela antes de dormir. Não é odiar celular — é não levar o cérebro pra reunião às 23h30. Faz 4 semanas de teste e… sim: planilha o sono.
✅ Olhos: regra 20-20-20. E não confia na memória: timer, lembrete, automação. O básico bem feito > acessório caro mal usado.
✅ Postura e dor: corpo não é suporte de notebook. Postura neutra, punho alinhado, ombro relaxado, pescoço sem virar girafa ansiosa. Dor não é medalha de produtividade.
✅ Movimento: a semana é a unidade. Não é “quando der”. É mínimo como compromisso. Caminhada, corrida, natação… vale até beach tennis.
✅ Audição: fone é dose. Volume x tempo. Call no alto é convite pro arrependimento. Pausa e ajuste > aumentar volume.
✅ Fadiga mental: entrar em tarefa crítica depois de 30 min de feed é tipo começar auditoria depois de 4 taças de vinho. Você até vai… mas vai confiar?
Moral do dia, ser humaninho: agente de IA é multiplicador. Ele multiplica sua capacidade… mas no fim, o melhor upgrade não é o modelo — é o sapiens em beta, saudável e realizado. 🧠✨
