ABIsabel Doherty had a rough start to life.
She was diagnosed with leukaemia when she was only in kindergarten.
But now her story has come full circle, with her classmates at Merewether High raising over $100,000 for the World’s Greatest Shave.
“I think it’s awesome and I’m so proud of this group,” she said.
The World’s Greatest Shave turns 25 this year and raises funds to support people experiencing blood cancers, and to help fund research into a cure.
Last year Merewether was the highest-fundraising school in Australia.
