MOAt Modern Mane, we take assistant training seriously.
Our Modern Mane Assistant Program is a 6-month intensive program designed to build confident, well-rounded stylists.
The program is broken down into three phases, each focused on developing the technical skills, client experience, and confidence needed to work behind the chair.
Assistants receive:
• Daily hands-on training
• Extension & blonding education
• Real salon floor experience
• Social media and content training to help build their clientele
By the end of the program, assistants are typically working 2–3 days behind the chair while continuing to grow their skills.
Because assisting shouldn’t just be about watching.
It should be about learning, growing, and preparing for a real career behind the chair.
