Biasanya ada 3 biang kerok utama: 1️⃣ Hamstring tegang → kebanyakan duduk bikin paha belakang gampang kaku. 2️⃣ Back kaku → lower back ketarik bikin lipatan tubuh terbatas. 3️⃣ Hip flexor lemah → duduk lama bikin pangkal paha ngunci gerakan panggul. 🔥 Jadi kuncinya bukan maksa nyentuh lantai, tapi release & latih area ini dulu. I was finishing recode work (Primal Movement term for intentionally pressurizing, strengthening, lengthening, etc., the back body) and found myself dropping back into these rhythmic alternating “drop ins” (PM term for using this pawing motion to activate the glutes/back body and create space in the hip joints). I felt all the work of the recode consolidate into the center of my body - something crystallizing. Then it hit me that I was moving like an animal getting ready to charge 🐂 😤 🐕 A little more yin then my usual yang. But more true to life, and more supported than my usual grasping at the wind to make it through the day. May your center feel supported.
