Stork bites are caused by dilated blood vessels that allow more blood to flow to the area, causing the color to show through the skin. Stork bites are often more visible when a baby is crying, straining to poop, gets warm, or holds their breath. Stork bites usually disappear within 1–2 years. Nevus simplex 👼🏻😇 ❗️Este o malformatie capilarǎ, ce apare dupa naștere, de culoare roz-rosie și se localizeaza pe frunte, pleoapă și regiunea cefei. ❗️ Deși este confundat deseori cu un hemangiom (tumoră vasculară care poate crește în dimensiuni), aceasta este o afecțiune benignă si regresează spontan în 90% din cazuri până la vârsta de 2 ani! ❗️ Este denumit popular “sărutul berzei” când este localizat la ceafă (de acolo apuca barza copilul când este adus😂) sau “sărutul îngerului” când este localizat pe frunte. ❗️Se accentueaza la plâns, efort, febră datorita vasodilatației! ❗️40% din populatia alba prezinta o astfel de malformatie! ❗️Nu necesita tratament, în cazurile în care leziunea persista și deranjeaza estetic se poate efectua laser vascular PDL pentru estompare! #birthmark #nevussimplex #vascularlesions #vascularlaser #dermatologsibiu
