2️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆?" Ask instead: "What problems can I solve for people with money to pay for solutions?" Become a problem-hunting machine.
3️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. Don't spend years building something no one wants. Have 10-30 conversations with potential customers first. Pitch the idea. Get pre-orders before you build.
