You're a pole beginner and want to build strength for pole? Then Save and Try these! The exercises also help improve grip strength on the pole. Do 8-10 reps and more sets, and make sure to alternate hands so you do both sides. *Imp*: These are just a few examples of drills I incorporate in my classes and in my own training. It's not a one-size-fits-all -- I recommend training with a good coach who can modify progressions/regressions as per your individual strength and needs.
