Try this upper body workout at home using dumbbells, bands, or even household items. • Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets of 10–12 • Bent Over Rows – 3 sets of 10–12 • Push-Ups (or incline push-ups) – 3 sets of 8–10 • Bicep Curls – 3 sets of 12 • Overhead Tricep Extensions – 3 sets of 12 Take about 45–60 seconds rest between sets and focus on slow, controlled movement. Building upper body strength helps with posture, protects your joints, and makes everyday tasks easier — from carrying groceries to just feeling stronger in your own body.
