Ini rahasia agar kamu tetap on the track dietnya, emang gak mudah sih, karena harus meluangkan waktu setengah hari demi mealprep 3hari kedepan. Btw kebutuhan kalori harianku 3bln kedepan 1200 dg protein 150gr karena aku lagi program CUTTING. Jadi untuk kalorinya bisa disesuaikan kebutuhan masing2 ya. . Egg White Fritata -telur putih 900gr -Bayam 100gr -Tomat 150gr -bawang bombay 1/2 siung -1 sdm EVOO -garam 1sdt -lada secukupnya -jamur kuping 100gr Iris dan campur semua bahan, sesuaikan rasa dg lidah masing-masing. Oven di suhu 220 dg waktu 25mnt ( catatan oven sudah preheat ya) . Baked Chicken Breast - dada ayam filet 600gr - buncis 150gr -kentang 150gr -bumbu dry rub secukupnya Bumbui semua bahan diatas dg dry rub dan oven di suhu 220 selama 20mnt . Chicken Sauce Tomato Bahan: -dada ayam 600gr - brokoli 150gr -wortel 150gr Bahan saos : -4 buah tomat -4 siung baput -1/2 siung bombay - sejumput garam -1 sdt kaldu -lada secukupnya -1 sdm gula semut - 1 sdt saos tiram Blender tomat dan bahan diatas lalu tambahkan bumbu. Iris ayam dan tuang saos tomat diatasnya dan oven di suhu 220 selama 30mnt. Untuk brokoli dan wortel oven disuhu 220 selama 10mnt . Pancake Putih Telur Oat -putih telur 450gr -oat 45gr -chiaseed 3sdt -kayu manis 1/2sdt -garam sejumput -Gula semut sesuai selera Mixer putih telur sampai berbusa dan tambahkan oat chiaseed. Tambahkan semua bahan diatas dan ditakar sesuai selera untuj tingkat kemanisannya. Oven suhu 220 dg waktu 25mnt. . Ingredients ✍️ serves one bowl! Great to meal prep tooooo FOLLOW FOR MORE RECIPES AND SAVE THIS ONE FOR LATER 👩🏼‍🍳 125g Pork Mince (you can totally use extra lean beef mince) 👩🏼‍🍳 150g Sweet Potato 👩🏼‍🍳 50g Cottage Cheese 👩🏼‍🍳 30g avocado (now look I am using the fresh avo which is in a package because ya girl cannot stand a Shepard avo) 👩🏼‍🍳 10g Hot honey 👩🏼‍🍳 Mexican SZNing Method. 👩🏼‍🍳 Peel the sweet potato and pop it in the airfryer for 15mins @ 190 degrees 👩🏼‍🍳 Cook the mince on a pan and add in the Mexican seasoning 👩🏼‍🍳 Plate up!!!!! ВЕЧЕРЯ: білкова запіканка з брокколі: 200 г броколі заморожена ТМ HIGHBERRY 100 г ковбаски/шинки 4 шт томатів чері 60 г кисломолочного 5% 2 яйця спеції - за смаком. Готувати можна одразу на два дні і запікати все на деко одночасно🙌🏼. Creativity changed everything✨ Almost 10 years ago… I was over 300 pounds. And that’s where my chef-artist journey really started. I joined a weight-loss program: strict meal plan + workouts. Every day, we had to post our meals on an app. But me? I hated eating the same thing every day. So I started creating. Switching flavours. Playing with colours. Making it beautiful. Making it feel like me. That’s where my culinary creativity was born. People started reacting to my posts… my pictures… my results. Then they started asking me: “Can you make some for me?” And I turned it into a business. No culinary school. Just me. My story. My brand. I named it Menu 80/20, based on the Pareto law: balance that still brings results. I serve many — and it’s not only that it tastes good… it looks good… and most important: people get results. I create a different menu every week, using mostly the same ingredients — because discipline is the foundation, and creativity is the magic. And I’ll never forget where I come from. I believed in myself then… and I believe in myself now. I took a break last year because my schedule got busy — and I don’t do things halfway. I’m all the way in or not at all.
