THIn 2025, Australian choir director Astrid Jorgensen appeared on America's Got Talent and created one of the season's most unusual audition moments. Instead of performing a traditional solo, she led the entire audience in a choral version of Africa by Toto.
Jorgensen, founder of the popular community singing project Pub Choir, divided the theater audience into vocal sections and taught them harmonies in real time.
