Happy Scale Whether your looking to bulk or cut you should be using Happy Scale, you can keep track of your weight daily and in breaks it down into simple to read graphs and numbers so you can ensure your trending in the right direction for your goals! 3. MyFitnessPal The classic macro tracking app. If you’re serious about losing fat or gaining muscle I would highly recommend tracking your calories. It doesn’t have to be forever but it gives you a great insight into the true value of every food, sauce, drink etc. All these apps have payed versions but to be honest you don’t need to pay for them.
