Feels harder for most women since it requires more arm and shoulder strength. 🔹 Wider grip (elbows out more): Maximizes chest engagement. Typically feels easier for most women. Neither is “wrong.” Both variations are effective. They just train slightly different muscle groups. Push-ups aren’t “for men.” They’re real strength 💪🏽 Every rep builds stronger shoulders, real pushing power, and confidence in your body🫶🏼 If you can’t do one yet, start training for it.
