PUSH DAY😤💪🏽 (Beginner friendly) 1️⃣DB Chest Press Substitute if the free weights intimidate you: Machine Chest Press 2️⃣Seated Shoulder Press 3️⃣Db Skullcrushers / Ss with Db lateral raises 4️⃣ (Incline) Push-ups / 3x as many as you can If you’ve been in the fitness Instagram space for a while, you’ve likely heard of “PUSH DAY.” Push days are workouts that involve pushing movements/muscles (being the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps). Despite its Mainstream popularity in the fitness space, I personally do not recommend it for beginner clients because it’s likely more than what you need. A Push Pull Legs body part split comes from Bodybuilders who need those extra extra sets and/or are targeting specific muscle groups, but if you are just starting out in the gym, a simple 3 day Full Body split OR 4-day Upper/Lower split will do you wonders! I’m sharing this workout nonetheless cause I know a lot of you like to follow Legs Push Pull Legs, but just because you’re favorite influencer does it doesn’t mean you have to as well! Find a workout split you ENJOY! Do it consistently, and the results will follow! Happy Thursday, you are ALMOST at the end of the week! Keep on going!! 💜🔥
