KATo everyone who’s walked, cycled, ran, swam, rowed for @fightmnd during #challenge27 I’m so in awe of you and it’s been amazing to be your mentor.
The challenge ends this Saturday - which is when my PT @lppt_fitness is joining me and a small bunch of superstars to run 27 kms in Brisbane. I think it’s the furthest ALL of us have ever run. And it’s going to be mega TOUGH but isn’t that the whole point?!

CAIt was almost a Christmas morning rainout, but then I remembered back to when I rowed college crew at Ithaca and we trained no matter what the weather. So I pushed play on the @bodi app, and then about ten mins in I got to move it outside.
And that completes my 30 days of Dig In with @shaunt. This is a great program, and if you’re thinking about how to kick off the new year I highly recommend this combination of Dig Deeper style strength training, low impact Insanity and abs in about a half hour a day.
But no matter what program you choose, I’m wishing you and your loved ones happy holidays and a healthy and productive New Year. I appreciate you so much.
