TH✨ It’s so easy to self level your floors! ✨
We used @mapeiuk to level the pantry floor so that it could be a smooth transition from the kitchen, under the arch. (Not an ad)
Simple Instructions:
🧼 Clean the floor as much as possible and remove any debris
🧹 Seal your floor with a PVA mix (optional). We did this to keep the dust that we couldn’t lift down.
💦 Mix your chosen levelling compound with the water as instructed on the pack.
🪣 Pour on your floor and smooth out with a trowel
If you are doing a big area, I’d definitely recommend screwing some screws into the floor and placing a level on top as a guide of where to pour the self levelling compound to. This is important as it’s not very self levelling when there are very deep areas!
