🥟 Homemade Siomai Wrappers Recipe: ✅ Ingredients: •120g flour •60ml water •Pinch of salt •Cornstarch or flour (for dusting) 🔪 Tools You’ll Need: • Mixing bowl • Rolling pin • Knife or cookie cutter (round, optional) • Clean surface for kneading/rolling 👩‍🍳 Procedure: 1. Mix the Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, combine: • Flour • Water • Salt Give it a quick stir to evenly distribute the salt. 2. Add Hot Water Gradually • Slowly pour in about ¾ cup of hot water while stirring the flour with a spoon or chopsticks. • Once it starts forming clumps, use your hands to bring the dough together. 3. Knead the Dough • Transfer the dough to a floured surface. • Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. • If it’s too sticky, add a little flour. If it’s too dry, add a tiny splash of water. ✅ The dough should be soft but not sticky. 4. Rest the Dough • Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. • Let it rest for 30 minutes. This relaxes the gluten and makes rolling easier. 5. Roll Out the Dough • Cut the dough into 4 sections to make it easier to handle. • Roll out one portion at a time on a lightly floured surface until very thin (about 1–2 mm). • Keep the rest of the dough covered to prevent drying. 6. Cut into Wrappers • Use a knife or round cutter to cut 3–3.5 inch circles (classic siomai size). • Dust with a little cornstarch to prevent sticking. • Stack wrappers with parchment paper or a bit of cornstarch between each. 💡 Tip: If you don’t have a cutter, use a glass or lid! 7. Ready to Use • Your wrappers are ready for filling and folding! • You can store them in the fridge for 1–2 days, or freeze them for up to a month (with parchment between each one). #wrapper #siomai

Perfect for frozen food packs, resellers, or home orders! ✅ INGREDIENTS: Pork (ground) Shrimp (minced) Garlic & Onion Carrots Mushrooms (drained) Celery powder Salt, pepper, garlic powder Magic Sarap Oyster sauce Sesame oil Cornstarch Siomai wrapper 🧄 Optional: cling wrap for shaping & oil for steaming tray 👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE: Chop garlic, onion, carrots, and mushrooms (food processor or manual).
