Restaurant-level dessert. No reservations required. Three apples, half a lemon, a cinnamon stick, 30 g butter, two tablespoons sugar, puff pastry, about 50 g cheese and a sprig of thyme. Peel the apples, cut in halves. Butter and sugar into a pan, apples in, lemon juice, cinnamon. When the caramel starts bubbling, spoon it over the apples, lid on for 5–7 minutes. Cut a pastry circle, brush it with the caramel from the pan. Add cheese and thyme, then place the apple halves on top. Oven, top and bottom heat, no fan, 195°C for 15 minutes. Chicken no-noodle soup that can heal🍲: -1lb chicken thighs (no skin or bone) -1 diced yellow onion -4 garlic cloves minced -3-4 diced carrots -2 chopped celery stalks -1 pack vegetable broth -1 bottle of water -sprig of sage -sprig of thyme -2 vegetable bouillon cubes -salt -black pepper -olive oil To make the soup: -start by adding olive oil into your sauce pan, add your chicken, season with salt and black pepper. Cook on low-medium heat for approx 15 mins. -take your chicken out and into the same pot add all the chopped vegetables and cook until the onions are translucent. -shredd your chicken thighs (i used my hands) -once the onions look translucent add the liquids and let them get to boiling temperature. -addd your herbs, seasonings, stir to combine and add your shredded chicken. -allow your soup to simmer on low-medium heat for 20 mins. -serve with white rice, fresh chopped herbs and lime. problem! here's the information about “how to make uzhunnu vada😋” INGREDIENTS • Black gram / Urad dal ㎡ - 1 Cup • Rice flour - 1 Table spoon • Shallots ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി - 10 Nos • Green chilli - 2 Nos • Ginger - 1 Inch Piece • Curry leaves കറിവേപ്പില - 1 Sprig • Crushed black pepper - 1 table spoon • Cooking oil - to deep fry • Salt - to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Wash black gram (uzhunnu), soak in water for 30 minutes and drain it. 2. Grind it into a smooth paste by sprinkling a little water if required. The batter should be thick as possible. 3. Chop ginger, green chillies, shallots and curry leaves finely. 4. Add the chopped ingredients, crushed black pepper, rice flour and salt to the ground paste. Combine well and keep aside for 10 minutes. 5. Pour enough oil into a deep bottom pan and heat it, When the oil is hot reduce the flame to medium. 6. Dip your hands in water (to prevent sticking batter on your hand) and take a small portion of the uzhunnu vada mix on you palm. Shape it to round and make a hole India the center using your finger. Slip it slowly into the hot oil and deep fry by turning both sides till golden brown color. 7. Do ladybugs bring good luck? What do ladybugs mean to you: good news, good luck, or maybe messages from loved ones? This ladybug ceramic dish is made with a sprig of real lavender. I love pairing ladybugs and lavender, two very nostalgic and classic images. Lavender is the calming flower of the garden and ladybugs are the friendly protectors keeping watch. After I press the leaf into clay, I sculpt the dish shape and add the tiny ladybug sculpture. (I laughed recently when someone thought I had squashed an actual ladybug into the clay- I’m happy it looks real but it’s made completely out of clay! 😁❤️🐞) After the piece dries, I fire it in the kiln to firm up the clay. Then I paint on the watercolor stains. They are pigments that can handle the high temperature kiln firing. Here you see me dipping the piece into a liquid ceramic glaze. I then place it into my electric pottery kiln and heat the piece to over 2200F/1200C degrees to vitrify the clay and melt the glaze. Real gold is added to the piece and I fire the ceramic again to melt and bond the gold #satisfying #pottery

Today’s Protein Boost🍱🫶🏻:🍗Chicken Chukauni🫕 |🫛Broad Beans Stir-fry |🍆Brinjal Rice . . 🧡RECIPES🧡 🍆VANGIBATH (BRINJAL RICE) Ingredients 3 medium Green brinjals 1 cup Cooked Rice 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 sprig Curry Leaves 1/2 tsp Turmeric Salt to taste 2 tbsp Oil /Ghee 2 tbsp Peanuts Vangibath Powder 1.5 tbsp Channa dal 3/4 tbsp Urad dal 1.5 tbsp Coriander seeds 2 Cardamom 3 Cloves 1 Marati moggu 1 inch Cinnamon 1 tsp Poppy seeds 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 5 Red chillies 1/8 tsp Hing 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder Method Dry roast all powder ingredients till golden and grind to a fine powder. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts and chopped brinjal. Sauté with turmeric and salt. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds & curry leaves. Mix in the ground paste, sauté briefly. Add chopped broad beans, sugar, turmeric, salt, and cook till tender. One pan meal 🫶🏾 full recipe below Lemon garlic & herb one pan meal Ingredients Chicken Potatoes Fresh garlic Lemon 3/4 cup chicken broth 1 stick of butter Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Seasonings: Garlic powder Salt Pepper Garlic and herb seasoning Lemon pepper seasoning Adobo One sprig of rosemary One sprig of thyme (You can use dried as well) Start by seasoning chicken and potato’s with all of the seasonings above. Season broccoli with garlic salt and pepper Slice potatoes. Add on one stick of sliced butter all over the chicken and potato’s and add one sprig of rosemary and one sprig of thyme across pan add in chicken broth to bottom of pan. To a pan put in the chicken and the potato’s and place in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes After the 45 minutes, push potato’s over, add broccoli and mix in the broth the baked chicken created To the potato’s, add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in between and on top of potato’s. Make the Tomato Confit Preheat oven to 335°F (170°C). Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary to an oven-safe dish. One pot Sri Lankan Chicken Curry & Rice 👌🏽 Yield: 3–4 pax Cook time: 1.5 hours Ingredients Curry and rice 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 cinnamon quill 2 cardamom pods 1 clove 2 brown onions, thinly sliced 1 sprig curry leaves 3 garlic cloves, chopped 2 green chilies, chopped 1/2 inch knob of ginger, chopped 1/2 tomato, chopped 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp chili powder 2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 5 chicken thighs, portioned Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 cup water 3 cups basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes 1/2 cup water Slice of lemon Coriander leaves Coconut curry sauce 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 sprig curry leaves 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1.5 tbsp Jaffna curry powder 1 can coconut cream plus water 1 pandan leaf 1 tsp tamarind paste Pinch of salt Juice of half a lime Method Heat the ghee over medium flame. Once hot, add the whole spices and let them bloom for a few seconds. Add the onions and sauté for 7–9 minutes until caramelised. Add the curry leaves, garlic, green chili, and ginger. Sauté for 3–4 minutes. Add the tomato, tomato paste, and all the powdered spices. Sauté well for 2–3 minutes. Add the chicken and mix well for 4–5 minutes. Add salt and pepper, stir for another 2 minutes, then add 1 cup of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes until the oil separates. Layer the basmati rice over the chicken. Pour in just enough water to cover. Add the lemon slice and coriander leaves. Cover and cook on the lowest heat for 20–25 minutes until the rice is fully cooked. Coconut curry sauce In a smaller saucepan, heat the coconut oil. Once hot, add the curry leaves, onion, green chili, and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes. Add the Jaffna curry powder and toast for 1 minute. Pour in the coconut cream, pandan leaf, and tamarind paste. Stir and simmer until it reduces to a thick, saucy consistency. #chickencurry #onepot #srilankanfood #cook #cooking
