KN💗 SSK! 💗
This is my favorite way to do this stitch! Slip one knitwise and then one purlwise. I like it because it lays flatter and look more like a K2tog.

ANLyn asked me to show how to make an SSK, i.e. a left-leaning decrease.
#Knitting 2 stitches together produces a right-leaning decrease, so if you want to have symmetrical decreases, e.g. on either side of an armhole or sleeve cap, you will need to knit 2 together on one side and make an SSK on the other 🧶

KNAnother quick knitting tutorial!! In this one I’m talking about the difference between knit 2 together (K2TOG) and slip slip knit (SSK) - both are decrease stitches (you have one less stitch after you do them) and they cause your work to “lean” in one direction or another.
I personally LOVE doing knit2together it just feels like such a satisfying stitch😆

✅ ssk (slip slip knit)
오른코 모아뜨기 = 왼코 줄이기
1. 겉뜨기 방향으로 1코 넘깁니다.
2. 다음코도 겉뜨기 방향으로 1코 넘겨주세요.
3. 왼바늘에 걸려있는 2개 코 앞쪽으로 오른바늘을 찔러서
4. 함께 겉뜨기 합니다.
✅ skp (slip knit pass)
오른코 모아뜨기 = 왼코 줄이기
skp는 skpo라고도 합니다. (slip knit pass over)
1. 겉뜨기 방향으로 1코 넘깁니다.
2. 다음코를 겉뜨기로 떠주세요.
3. 2번 겉뜨기 코 위로 1번에 넘겨뒀던 코를 덮어줍니다.
✅ k2tog (knit 2 together)
왼코 모아뜨기 = 오른코 줄이기
1. 모아뜰 2개 코를 함께 겉뜨기 방향으로 찔러서 겉뜨기합니다.
❗️ssk와 skp는 똑같이 오른코 모아뜨기 방법으로, 기본적으로 모양은 같습니다.
뜨는 방법에 차이가 있어 개인 손땀에 따라 더 예쁘게 나오는 방법이 있을거예요. 원하시는 방법으로 더 편하게 뜨시면 될것 같아요~

TAMy favourite way to SSK:
Slip two stitches, one at a time, as if to purl. Slip these same two stitches back to your left hand needle repositioning them so that the first stitch slipped crosses in front of the second. The stitches have switched places on your left hand needle. K2TOG these two stitches.
