I’ve had my eye on one of these since I watched @ambientendeavors video on it. So finally decided it was time, my whole idea goingil forward with this guitar is to show how you can take a ‘cheaper’ guitar which already plays great I’ll add & make it even better by modding it and swapping out some parts. You’ll already have seen part of the finished product in some pictures but now it’s time to dive into this first part in the mod series! Only thing I did after taking it out the box was stick some @stringjoy 11-50 signatures on it 🔥

NEGATIVE COMMENTS WELCOME If it’s one thing Instagram is good for, it’s videos of people stringing guitars wrong. This is how I learned from @ianhatesguitars on day 1 10+ years and literally 1000s of guitars later, this is still all I need to secure the string. No hitch, no knots, no bakers twine bows… Yep! I traded in my string winder for pliers that help pull the slack out ✅ The right amount of wraps every time ✅ No slop causing tuning issues ✅ Never had a string pull through EVER ✅ Easy removal in a high pressure situation bc there’s NO KNOT OR HITCH ✅ No string winder needed ✅ HOPE THIS HELPS 🌵🤠 (Vintage fender style is obviously a different story)

Still, this thing was on my to do list for about 6 months 😅 oh well got it done.
