How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

these are 5 easy ways to actually enjoy studying (as much as you can haha): Change your environment → i stopped forcing myself to study in my room and started going to cafes, libraries, or even just different spots around campus. a fresh environment helps with your mindset + productivity so much more than you might think:) Make it social → study dates with friends are always such a fun idea/try and go to the library with friends! even if you’re working on different things, having company makes it so much more enjoyable (and you’re less likely to give up). Reward system → after every study session i do something nice for myself - grab a coffee, watch an episode, go for a walk. having something to look forward to makes starting so much easier + rewards your brain after working hard so then you will be more likely to want to study the next time:) Good music/ambience - having good music that helps you lock in makes such a difference!! i love noise-cancelling headphones too. Start with the interesting stuff → instead of forcing myself through boring readings first, i start with topics i’m actually curious about. it gets me in the mood and builds momentum for the harder stuff. even though these can seem a bit obvious, they do really help especially if you pair them with each other + can help make studying seem a bit more enjoyable haha #studytips #studentlife #studymotivation #howtostudy #productivity

My 3 non-negotiables ⬇️ I post a lot about studying, my business, and other productivity things, and so many people have asked how I’m able to get so much done. How do I stay focused? How do you achieve so much? How do you never get distracted? The truth is… I’m no different to you. I used to procrastinate, get distracted, stress out over work. This is completely normal and you aren’t alone in facing these things. However, over the years, I’ve discovered a handful of ways to keep myself on task, and have a clear system to use every day, centred around 3 non-negotiables: 1️⃣ Exercise every single morning Usually I go to the gym, sometimes I run… either way I try to get my heart rate up in some way as this wakes me up and gives me so much energy for the day. 2️⃣ No social media before 12pm This is a big one that I’ve only started recently. I know just how much of an impact scrolling has on my energy and focus, so I save it until I’ve gotten my highest priority work done for the day. 3️⃣ Get ready every day Get dressed. Brush my teeth. Do skincare. If I don’t do these things, my mind assumes today is a rest day and I know I won’t get anything meaningful done.
