We understand the controversy of using a supplier that has monopolized most of the restaurant industry, however there are benefits to large companies such as Sysco, especially in non restaurant establishments, such as convention centres, camps, and other large catering facilities. We do use their frozen products for an easy staff lunch, but like we said, we will change it up or elevate it a bit so it’s not so manufactured. Here in Canada, Sysco also distributes local produce as well. And like we said, times are tough now, things are expensive and going out to eat is getting more and more stressful.
