Doing the stretch test! Gotta have a little wiggle room to be comfy when I’m in my Feminine Lean Bulk shape! I move around looking for the right thread count before I even bother looking at the size 😆 they gotta stretch both directions! I’ve been through multiple growth phases on my fitness journey. Starting with our FitCurvy Plan to set my foundation. Then I did GetThick to develop more size and thicker legs. And finally with our Feminine Lean Bulk Plan I was able to substantially increase thickness while in the process of building and focusing on the right areas, and develop my curves even further. You may be starting at step 1, like I once was… I didn’t know when I first started that I could reshape my body with training and eating for “the goal” but I was willing to learn what it takes and do the plan! I’ve come a long way since I started at 118 pounds. Having a goal that’s greater than our own limiting beliefs is key. You haven’t been there, but you’re ambitious enough to strive for your personal best in every season- that’s how you break the ceiling and get the best out of yourself. Keep striving to discover that version of yourself! It’s truly about the journey not the destination.

Also add a Quilt to bring in some warmth and texture. 3. Add a soft blanket at the foot of the bed for an extra touch of comfort. 4. Use Plenty of Pillows! Use two fluffy sleeping pillows on each side in standard or king size and add 2-4 decorative accent pillows in various sizes and textures. 5. Steam your sheets for that crisp look! Have been getting so many dm’s asking whether the Handpainted clothes i create are washable or not ? Decoding my care instructions for Handpainted clothing 👉🏼 Save it and thank me later 👋 💁🏻‍♀️ 🧿 Not all handpainted clothes can be washed at home , fabrics like denim , cotton , rayon can be washed even after they are Handpainted. Whereas fabrics like silk , organza, crepe , mashroo silk , tussar silk must be only dry cleaned. 🧿 If you wish to handwash them at home then make sure to not scrub and only dip in liquid detergent diluted water and rinse and dry flat in shade . 🧿 For Handpainted clothes i only recommend steam iron. In case you have a normal iron then do it over the rear side which won’t spoil your artwork. 🧿 You must make sure to use an apt color-water ratio because if you apply just color with less medium then they it would form a thick layer which chips off after washing. The color must be absorbed by the fabric. So invest in good quality fabrics which has lesser amount of synthetic thread count and helps the color to be absorbed. Make sure to let the color dry for 24hours on the fabric and then iron on the rear side which increases it’s life .
