KA“oh my god… oh my god…” 🥹
That was the exact energy in my heart all weekend.
As I stood there watching the waterfalls spill into the hot tubs, I could feel the little girl in me wide-eyed and in total awe. The same girl who used to dream quietly. The one who didn’t even know places like this existed for her. The one who thought “maybe one day” meant “probably never.”
And this weekend, I got to take her somewhere she never thought she’d see.
I got to fill my cup in the most beautiful way. To rest. To breathe. To experience something I once believed was out of reach. And the most powerful part wasn’t just the spa, or the view, or the stillness — it was realizing how much my belief system has expanded.
This year, I’m stretching my threshold for what feels possible. I’m removing “never” from my vocabulary. I’m chasing the dreams that used to scare me. I’m saying yes to new rooms, new opportunities, new adventures — even when they feel bigger than the version of me I used to be.
Because the truth is, the only real limit is the story we tell ourselves about what we’re allowed to have.
When we nurture our inner child — when we let her dream out loud again — we start to see that the world is so much bigger than our old fears. The more we expand what we believe we can achieve, the more life expands to meet us there.
And if there’s one thing I know for sure after this weekend, it’s this:
She’s allowed to see it.
She’s allowed to have it.
And so are we 🥹
