3-4 times a week that’s IT. Slow and steady results are wayyyy more sustainable than quick fixes. I could have done this in 2 months if I really wanted to, but chances are, i would get burnt out and gain the weight right back. Instead, I just changed my lifestyle to subtly incorporate a manageable schedule for slow but sustained results. It’s been 9 months since this transformation and I still have sustained my schedule. Now I’m focusing on building muscle for the most part. For the days of the week that I don’t strength train, I just do 1 hour of walking, yoga, or some other light physical activity. Remember - do NOT overdo it or you’ll get burnt out and won’t stick to it. #indian #modeling #fashion #gym #transformation #motivation #weightloss #girlswholift
