• The Heart: 454 cubic inch (7.4L) V8.
• The Evolution: * 1990: 230 hp / 385 lb-ft of torque. Paired with the 3-speed 3L80
• 1991-1993: Power jumped to 255 hp and a massive 405 lb-ft. They added the 4-speed 4L80E for better cruising and a 4.10 rear end for that “neck-snap” launch.
